The most important issue for Matrak Art and Design Products is the safety of users. For this reason, payment information is checked when the order is placed.

Therefore, in order for your order to be sent, you must first send an e-mail that confirms your order.

Under normal conditions, your purchases from Matrak Art and Design Products are delivered to Istanbul within the first 7 working days after the e-mail you receive, and to other provinces within 10 working days following the order date, provided that the bank approval of the order is received properly. When our product prices are not added to our product prices for logistics activities, our cargoes are sent to the buyer against payment.

Orders placed after 10:00 am on Fridays will be processed on Monday. No transactions are made on holidays and public holidays.

Order deliveries

Orders placed within Istanbul are delivered within 7 business days (Monday-Friday) at the latest, and orders placed outside Istanbul within 10 business days (Monday-Friday) at the latest.

Orders placed after 10:00 in the morning will be processed the next day.

Return conditions

If the customer is aggrieved due to problems arising from Matrak Art and Design Products, he has the right to return the product within 7 days without paying the shipping fee.

The product that cannot be returned within 7 days is considered approved and returns are not accepted.

If the customer is aggrieved due to problems not caused by Matrak Art and Design Products, he has the right to return the product within 7 days by only paying the shipping cost.

In cases where the Box, Bag, Packaging of the product is lost or deformed, the product cannot be returned.
