- Payment by Wire Transfer / EFT:

For your purchases from Matrak Art and Design Products by Wire Transfer / EFT, the delivery period starts when the order amount is transferred to our accounts. Remittance orders that are not credited within 7 working days will be deemed invalid.

- Payment by Credit Card:
Renksepet provides secure shopping with Visa and Master Card credit cards over 128 Bit SSL. From Matrak Art and Design Products , you can shop with contracted bank credit cards in one shot or in installments.

After your orders are approved, they are delivered to the Cargo company at the end of 7 (seven) working days at the latest. For our shipments by courier, the shipping cost is not added to the total amount of the order.

You can discuss different delivery terms by consulting our customer representative. Cargo deliveries are only valid for Turkey.
